    • ACA before and after
Well, yeah, that's the way it's supposed to work in theory. But in actual practice, when your boss is a representitive of the industry you're supposed to be regulating, it works a little differently.
    • The 2016 GOP Party has started!
First, tell me why you presumably believe Cruz was not actually a conservative.  In fact you could do the same for Walker too, and how they differed from Rand Paul.  That should allow deducing what your definition of "conservative" is.
    • Pass the butter: The experts were all wrong
I only drink whole milk too, but I drank raw milk straight from the cow when I was a kid, and I remember the first time I tasted homogenized milk, it didn't taste good at all.
    • ACA before and after
To make the testing actually happen, and verify it was done correctly and sufficiently.  And then monitoring side effects and real world results.  You wouldn't want the VW diesel guys (or the Mitsubishi mileage testers)  doing your drug tests I presume, or tobacco company "scientists", or the guys that work for supplement and homeopathy companies either.  At least I wouldn't.  http://www.reuters.com/article/us-mitsubishimotors-regulations-idUSKCN0XN0DV
    • Best and biggest Steak in Brainerd area?
Great timing for this thread as we were just contemplating whether to hit Timber Jacks or Ernie's tomorrow for dinner. Ernie's is our favorite for lunch on the lake but Timber Jack has great dinner options and atmosphere! Easy choice!   Commander's pizza rocks too... interested to see how the new Mexican restaurant in Pequot does....
    • New "Good Morning" thread
Good luck.  Let me know if there is something I can do.
    • Garage floor protection from salt damage
First is to use the right concrete.  Some are much more resistant than others.  (I didn't know this when the floor was poured so I hope the contractor did) Second, what I did was in the fall scrub/powerwash the floor and then coat it with a sealer.  I have used several different ones over the years.  I do this every year, except I have missed a couple recently.  I put the sealer on with a roller.  Some years I do the concrete driveway also.  Depends on how ambitious I am feeling.  We have very little pitting and the floor has been there since the summer of 1984. One of those smooth floors like epoxy or whatever would be really great, as would a floor drain and a heater.  But not gonna happen.
    • Opener destinations
I will be attempting to put Juan Grande on some 5 to 7 pound Brownies on Mille Lacs.   Breaking 7 pounds is my goal this year. Getting Juan a 6 or better is another goal.
    • Spawn
Will be targeting bedding fish and staging fish this weekend during the St Jude Tournament
