we are 'the leading edge' HSO Creators Rick Posted August 31, 2019 we are 'the leading edge' HSO Creators Share Posted August 31, 2019 1st off, how is you garden looking? What is in season and what have you harvested? Here is the 1st tip. When your tomatoes are growing and a shoot starts growing between the stem and a branch, pinch it off. That keeps the plants energy focused on growing fruits. The 2nd gardening tip I will leave for you to give. Got any? Hoey
Hoey
Lots of sun. My vegetable gardens are lacking due to maturing trees.
delcecchi
Fencing to keep out various varmints. It seems there are few areas that aren't over run with rabbits and deer. If you are lucky, no racoons.
jbuenavides
Fencing did not work for me and so I have to set-up a water scarecrow because my craft has been destroyed by farm rats three years ago.
bear555
Smash up a raw egg in the soil around your fav plants, you will see a shocking difference between the egged plants and non-egged plants by the end of the summer.
