No, nothing major.

But... what I would like to change is the amount of land I own. I'd like to go from 0 (current ownership) to about 2000 acres of prime river bottom land. Then, the state regs won't impact the quality of deer on my land because I'll manage the deer how I see fit. However, my only shot at this is the Powerball...

NO - I would rather see deer and make my choice to shoot or not. If you put your time in there are plenty of big mature deer in MN. I have 2 on the wall in the last 10 years and missed a long shot this year of a maybe a bigger one.
