JBone
First archery buck, 15 yards, ran 50 yards only with this bad shot, got lucky! Gunna buy a compound
wolfman-k
Nice Buck, tough shot placement! I'll wager you had a little mess to dress that one. Good job with your recurve though, only 50 yards on the recovery, that's lucky for sure. Nice to have the scout pics too! Again, nice deer! Congrats. 96trigger
Nice buck, congratulations, man there seems to be a lot of early bucks taken this year.
sticknstring
Congrats on a dandy! Traditional tackle to boot. That shot placement looks eerily familiar but the outcome worked out great.
Cheetah
Nice deer JBone, don't worry about going to a compound, it isn't a cure-all to bad hits. I'd still be shooting traditional if I had more time to practice and feel confident enough to hunt with it.

nonteepical
in my opinion that shot isn't anything to be dissapointed about with a recurve, plus the deers dead!. do you shoot instinctivly? i don't see a sight on your bow. alot of people on here probably couldn't shoot one descent, me included, thats why they shoot a compound. he11 of a job. certified jumbo
Jbone - Good work, thats a solid buck. Walleye wegs and I put the smack down on some isanti county doe's a couple of nights ago. Got some good meat for the freezer and put the muzzy's to work. Rippinlip
This one is for Acherysniper, since I put it in the wrong category... and by the way, who says women are the only ones that like Diamonds? hehehe
Norsky
I took this muley out in Colorado on public land. I stalked him up a mountain, climbed out onto a rock ledge and took him at 65 yards, it was all the closer I could possibly get. It was quite the adventure.
