bucketmouth64
Al Lindner is my choice too. I met him and Dan Sura at Gander Mtn. It was really cool to chat with them. Real personable. My other choices, in no order, would be Roland Martin, Kevin Vandam, and Jimmy Houston. I grew up imitating Martin bringing in fish "oh son". Kvd because I like his style of fishing. Jimmy because what a fun person to be around, very down to earth.
njsimonson
Mike "Basspunk" Iaconnelli. High energy, arse-kickin' angler. That and he ticks EVERY G.O.B. on the tour off. Gotta love the new era! Well, you don't gotta, but he's to BASS what Dale Jr. is to NASCAR...the future. "NEEEEVER GIIIIIIVE UUUUUP!!!"
JoeTC
I'd have to go musky fishing with Pete Maina or ice fish some walleyes with Doug Stange.
caseymcq
I grew up around Brainerd so it would have to be Jimmy Linder or Mr. Walleye Gary Roach. I have met both of them and they are extremely nice people. Or maybe one of the old Nisswa Guides named Al or Ron.
Benny
Butch Furtman,Minnesota born and raised from Da North country. marine_man
First choice would be Al Linder... second choice... probably John Gillespie... you've got to hand it to the guy... you very rarely see a repeat show, and the shows that are shown on the weekends usually seem to be filmed earlier that week...He sure gets excited though...marine_man
Law Firm
John Gillespie....hands down. You might not necessarily learn the most from him, but you would be guaranteed a good time. I would have to say that his show is probably my favorite opposed to all of the cookie cutter shows out there!

metrojoe
I think Al Linder would be my top choice. I know he's not a pro fisherman, but I wouldn't mind spending a day with Tony Dean on Devils Lake.

hoggs222
Has anybody ever counted the amount of times that John Gillespie says "Buddy" in a show. The first time I ever saw the show, I couldn't stop laughing at how excited he gets.

Scrolled down and you said it best, Finns. Like you, I would give anything to go fishing with my dad again. He was a real "Pro" in as much as you never had a bad fishing experience with him in the boat. We used to crack open "pork-chops" at sun up when we went on our week long fishing trips. Dam I miss him. Take care and N Joy the Hunt././Jimbo
