I am pretty sure its not photoshoped. I have seen pics of this thing before. I want to say its an Atlantic ocean fish of some sort but I can't recall exactly.

But I know I have seen other pics of it.

yeah - thats a large lumpfish....the smaller ones dont look nearly as alien-like.

Apparently they are well regarded for their "cavier" I dont know if I would eat eggs from that thing...might wake up the next morning with an alien trying to pop out of your chest.
