These 85 year olds have likely dumped plenty of deer in there careers and if the hunting groups would help put them in thee best spot/chance of success they'll be fine foregoing ones own opportunity, my grandpa's didn't cry about it, RIP. Just being in the field is success so no.

I propose a bill that only allows baiting if your name isn't Dave... grin

P.S. This is only meant as a fun barb based on the other ongoing "baiting" threads.

P.S.S. This legislation is even more dumb than the "Trophy Buck Season" legislation. Where do we find these "hoseheads" that are in office.

i'm 63 and i feel fine and hope to be hunting till someone pushes me on 4 wheels in a blind and then hope to be hunting till i look up at the turf instead of down. never used bait and that's not hunting for me [other than salt blocks]. my butt sits in the stand now most of the time. my way of hunting now. my greatest enjoyment is just being there, with friends, and the outdoors. deer are a bonus. good luck.
