There is a ton of them, but everyone has there own little kick when it comes to sayings in the boat about either getting a fish to bite, or when you land a fish in the boat.

Lets here what you all got. Im interested to see what comes up becuase everyone is all different.

Thanks

That saying started with me asking my father if he was going to set the hook on that fish... He said he didn't feel a bite... I then stated.. Sluggos dontgo sideways on their own...

I've used something similar a few times with my kids grin.gif

Apparently I have some southern sayings that my fellow cronies think are quite funny. But being that they are normal to me, I can't think of any one them off the top of my head.

Here are some I commonly use....

"It's in your house... eat it... .it's in your house"

"That's a good one coach" (From the movie Radio, in my best "Radio" voice)

"I wouldn't kick her outta bed for eat crackers" (Talking about the big momma's... FISH that is)

And a new one that I heard Mark Davis use at Falcon when catching a fish that would cull.. "Oh yeah, you'll make the team"

Fishing with a friend (with no sunglasses using a jigworm) that didn't see his line jump and move to the side...

"You gonna wind that fish in or should I?"
