Jig worm i have caught and seen more fish over 5lbs come on jig worms worked over deep weeds then any other bait besides shiners but we dont like to talk about meat on this forum right wink.gif. great bait, easy and versitile.

Probably the BANJO MINNOW or jig worm. The banjo is a phenomenal lure on any lake and any kind of fish. The inventor will challenge anyone 10,000 bucks if you can outfish him using anything else. They are really that good.

I would agree I have several hundred of them and there frogs. They work awesome. (great on minnetonka)

No doubt mine would be a 3/8 oz. or 1/2 oz. black and blue jig with blue zoom chunk trailer. It is not only my favorite and best bait, but it produces my favorite bite. I love the slack line "thump", then I get to "thump" back.

Heddon torpedo or a buzzbait. The topwater bite is pretty awesome. (My daughter, the too-young-to-have-Mom-let-her-post-on-her-own part of the fishinchicks,likes a watermelon colored Gulp turtleback worm.)

Of course, I am pretty new to fishing, so I am still learning how to use other lures. Next year it could be different.
