Got a name for your boat?

I also call our boat "Da Boat".

After reading this post I think I need a new name for it though. How about, "give'r h#ll!" lol or "Living on the Edge"....

Living on the Edge more describes it. Lots of interesting stories.

Actually I have made reference to "the boat" using several different names....generally they run hand -in-hand with it's state of repair, inability to handle high waves, inability to be controlled in stiff wind and the list can go on. For the most part it is just "the boat".

Tom...Yup, thats the name of mine also, "The Boat". Once in awhile I call the boat by it's second name, "Er" as in "Lets hook er up and get the he11 out of here!"

Now the motor has been refered to by many names, one being

" You @*&%#? piece of *&&#!" among others!

Ironically , My Grandfathers name is Floyd.

So I gave my Grandfather the Nickname Pink Floyd

That reminds me of my buddy's Fishtrap Voyager we call "kitchen table". He just moved into a new place and was suposed to buy a kitchen table. Instead he came home with the Voyager. Since then we've just called it the Kitchen table.

My duck boat is called the Duck Scow and my walleye boat is the Garbage Scow.

Some friends called my old boat "the Snoopy boat" as in a little kids boat much like the kids Snoopy rod and reel. I would hear things like "Are you going fishing in the Snoopy boat this weekend?" For some friends the name carried over to my newer boat "the Snoopy boat II"

I saw a big "go fast" boat on the Croix with the name Blew Bayou. It seemed to be pretty fitting for the boat.
