My buddy's first of the season caught on Lobster Lake near Alexandria, Saturday morning. She measured 45 inches, 24 lbs. Look at that belly! Hooked her with an 8 inch Jake while trolling. CPR was administered.

If it worked, that's a 40" pike I caught on a little lake up in Canada. My friend had one on (25-30") and then I got mine about 15 feet away from the boat. I didn't know for sure how big it was, but it took about a dozen runs (on a 5'6 ultralight pole with 6pound test, I've caught at least 4 fish over 36" on it, one 40 incher with no leader and just a walleye jig!) and took about 20 minutes to get. Easily the best fight I've had with a fish in my life!!!

Finally got one of my own, i know i got selfish i was sick of watching buddies catch them in my boat. 4th trip of the year to mantrap and the 4th legal fish in the boat on the year. she was 51" by 25"

My first 50"er from Lake of the Woods with a 22" girth. Nice way to break in a new rod and reel.

Here's a nice fat C/R Mille Lacs Muskie. 46 inches 19 inch girth. Caught trolling a twin fin in 20 ft of water right off bottom. Well outside the weedline.

First 50+ on LOTW. Sorry for the bad picture. I wanted to get her back in fast. We actually believed we raised her 4 days later -- good news is she is doing well -- well we think it was her, the same spot and all.
