I think the quality of the show is declining. I don't watch the show specifically to point out discrepancies, but they are becoming more and more obvious with each episode!

So last nights leads us to the finale. Terminus looks like it is going to be trouble versus salvation, unless the preview of Rick is just him having a breakdown but I don't think so. Seemed odd that the whole place wasn't secured or anything and the group could just walk right in. You'd think there would be people posted or something for security.

Daryl seems to be ok with his new band of brothers now after the guy Len was killed. I didn't think he'd be killed, but I was looking forward to a butt kicking to him courtesy of Daryl. Another answer was found, I thought the guy that got choked out died, but he didn't obviously and saw Rick's face and now they are on the trail.

The reuniting was a nice touch, that gal that had her leg trapped seemed to recover just fine, by that I mean she didn't seem to be limping around or anything.

Any takers on the finale and if anyone is going to go? It looked like someone got mobbed by walkers in the previews.

I'll take a shocking shot in the dark and say Carl goes down...hence Rick's reaction in the preview.

Either that, or a hardcore twist, either Glenn or Maggie goes after waiting so long to be reunited.

I believe Rick and the gang are already at terminus before Maggie and Glenn"s group arrived. The candy wrapper on the RR tracks that Maggie and group walked over leads me to believe Rick arrived first. ( The one Carl won in a bet With Michone)

Because of Maggie and Glenn Burning their picture stating they won"t need it because they will never be apart leads me to believe that Glenn will be the first one on the spicket in that huge charcoal cooker they showed last night. That woman who offed them a burger was creepy!

Also I think Daryl and his rogue buddies will be coming to the rescue before they all become eaten.

These people are so stupid. First why wasn't there a rendezvous point for after the prison battle. That still $%@#$% me off. Second why would you send the whole group into Terminus? Send in 1 or 2 and have them come out if everything is cool. If they don't come out there's obviously an issue. Didn't they learn anything from the mayor's town? Come on people! They deserve to die at this point.

I'm guessing Maggie dies, after the scene where she states Glenn wont need a photo of her anymore... its just too cliche. Also what happened to Beth... will we find out? and Daryl may die... after all he had no part in the comic... but then again this isn't the comic.

Unless I missed it, it was Daryl and his group that walked over the candy wrapper, not Maggie.

Yeah, that hippy chick was too creepy. And the fact the place was completely unguarded was pretty fishy. Perhaps Beth is for dinner? I'm kind've at a loss with the motorcycle gang, not saying they're good guys at all, but maybe they're not the bad guys that the governor and his crew were.

Here's who gets the ax next week: Sasha, Bob, Glen, and Maggie.

Anyone else think that Eugene or whatever the scientist or whatever he is, is a total fraud???

You would think he would mention to people how or why this happened, just in case he were to get killed. No mention of it. He looks like he has been sitting in his mom's basement with Lmitout for the last 15 years planning out world conquest.

I think he is a total poser and will end up being a janitor or blackjack dealer or something stupid.

I hope next week they get rid of Rick and Karl, but you know that wont happen. Give me Tyrease or Carol, most of those guys with Daryl and maybe Bob.

I thought the guy Rick choked did turn to a walker and that's why he attacked them guys. When the two guys were fighting and the one fell to the floor and saw Rick he is the one that didn't die.

BuckSutherland- you're right, the guy in the bathroom that Rick took out turned, the biker gang leader referenced that. But early in the episode, the guy that got choked out and saw Rick's face didn't and know what Rick looks like. Thus saying they were after him.

I'm starting to think it is Carl going down too.

I saw on another site there was a reference to when Michone and Carl were clearing houses together, the 20 questions episode from Carl. Michone unwraps that picture that is the woman with red lines down the front of her face looks just like the woman at Terminus

I finally caught up and can read this thread again.

My thoughts on Carol and Lizzie were, it's the Of Mice And Men story. It was a great scene, very hard to watch and shocking. I did not expect them to go that far with viewer shock treatment. Good for them in doing so.

I also think the Professor is a fraud. He's a gamer geek that is using the army dude to take care of him. And I think Glenn is on to him.

Sad to hear but I think Maggie might be on the chopping block. Probably a few more, Sasha and the drunk? Glenn?

Carl and Rick will not be on the block. I am convinced that the show is about Carl. He can't go away in that scenario. I've also been completely wrong about this show too.

In my mind, we need to know what happened to Beth at some point. It might not be until next season though. Ugh.

The whole terminus thing like has been said is a trap of some sort. You cannot tell me there wouldnt be people milling around and whats the deal with the fences? I mean, the walkers pushed the dam fence over at the prison, yet they dont have to really have a lock or anything there?

I too think the storyline is setup to have glenn/maggie gone. All that work to find each other then it comes to an end.

I have to wonder how many more seasons they can go on. We have to be getting to the end here soon.

The Beth disappearance needs at least a hint as to where she is in the Finale.

That's what I have enjoyed about the show. Like Quinn said in earlier pages, there is a little LOST in the show. A small nibble but then it gets picked up many episodes later, kind of makes you forget about it and then its right back in your face.

I agree with the Captain, no walkers around anywhere makes for an immediate distrust. Also, kind of strange in a sense they never came across anyone else walking there.

I don't know why, but I think you're theory might be spot on...

I still like the show and want to know what happens, but the inconsistencies can be really distracting sometimes. The worst for me is that I just re-watched the very first two episodes of the series (a mistake!) and you really see the stark contrast in tone, mood, excitement... It's gradually gone way down hill. Now, I get that a zombie from day one could have deteriorated to the point where it can't function as well anymore, but people are turned all the time. Yet in Eps 1 or 2, zombies were opening doors and climbing fences...now they are totally mindless. That's more than a little inconsistent and takes away from some of the story for me. Did I gloss over something that explained this?

I was thinking one thing when they finally got to Terminus and the odd empty feeling of the place, and when they showed the lone person at the grill it just made it stronger: Cannibals. At first I thought Daryl's new buddies were in on Terminus too, but they have left a couple of guys dead without quartering them and packing them into their yeti coolers to bring back dinner.

In the episode "Inmates" when Tyreese tells the girls to stay put when he hears a gunshot he come out of the woods to the train tracks. There are some walkers and a small group of people fighting them. The last guy alive gets bit but before the group walks away the guy tells them there is a safe place for them and points down the track towards Terminus. Why would a dying person try to send the living into a trap? Seems odd to me. I think it is a safe place but the group Daryl is with causes problems.
