I will go with the big cat. Looking at the last picture you can see the tail is longer and heavier than a bobcat tail, and the shoulders blades are more difined than what a bobcat has.

I wouldn't worry about going to the stand, they are so quiet you won't even know they are around.

haverhunting do you have any other deer pics you could post from the same location that might give us something to judge against. A doe and fawn standing in that same location would really help.

I would say bobcat. I assume the pic of the fawn is intended to be used for size comparsion. You guys all think that cat looks bigger than that fawn? I think the pics with the cat looking directly at the camera make it look smaller than that fawn. Just my 2 cents.

Bobcat.

Dont you guys see the "jowels" on the lower jaw on both sides? Bobbies get to be 30 lbs on the top end. Thats a big cat in anyones book at 30 lbs. Keep in mind, IR cams do NOT see spots on an animal like a white flash does. So all you naysayers claiming no spots, need to get some IR cameras and understand what they really pickup. They dont pick up colors or subtle color changes.

In addition, there was a comment about "look at the tail". Do a google search and see what a Bobcats tail looks like. They are not a little button on their butts. They have a tail thats about 6 inches long(plus or minus an inch or two).

Total bobcat any day of the week.

I get a kick out of all the cougar lovers out there.... Well, I like a cougar too I guess...
