I like the idea of sending Harvin downtown but not to often, use that when we need it. He a bit short to do that to often I feel.

I'm betting the Vikes have their version of the "wild-cat" ready to go but they haven't needed to use it just yet.

I would say it's more because that is appropriate against a single high safety, and if Harvin is on the field he'll be in the slot. They'll let Berrian and Rice go long along the sidelines, whereas Harvin is better suited to run underneath and be a hot read if the rush gets there, and let him rack up some YAC.

The Vikes didn't make the schedule. Packers are playing the same teams and their record is, well....pretty pathetic.

My point was that the Vikings really haven't proven they can run with the "big dogs" yet, and a big letdown may be in the future.

Not sure what the Packers have to do with anything...... other than more deflection from the topic.
