Fred_Bear
All 2 man hunts and cell phone pictures. really need to invest in a real camera
MuleShack
That last picture is really cool with the action shot...cant tell if that upper right one is getting peppered or not.
Fred_Bear
None of those birds got shot cuz we already had our limit on the ground. About half of the flock landed and hung out for a bit. One landed right between me and my buddy's blinds which were about 5-10 yds apart... stupid honks.
Lunker
Not too many picture worthy trips over the week. Here are a couple that we took.
jeepguy
Opening Weekend 2009. Pretty slow compared to the past 3 Openers. But I went home with a good feeling after shooting this double GWT.
Lunker
Here are a couple from this morning. Not a lot moving, but we shot well when given the opportunity. I am introducing a friend to the sport, his first goose(I'm pictured).

The_Duckslayer
WOW! Quackaddict9, I hope that you guys realize just how fortunate you really are! You have killed more banded mallards so far this year than the total number of mallards I have seen flying on all 4 of my trips out to 3 different locations! Looks like fun and I hope that you have many more great trips afield this year! Take care and N Joy the Hunt././Jimbo

Quackaddict9
Thanks guys...The field hunting has been fantastic if you are on them! I would like to shoot some geese but theyre just using different fields all the time and runnin' traffic is the best method right now but where the ducks are, they are not coming through. Early Goose makes it up anyway.QuackaddictDoes Corey have any of those barrel decals left? I am not sure about that, I can ask him next time I see him. Muskie456
Quack,Nice job with making drakes in that feild hunt with all the grey birds. Do you not care about making drakes with divers? Not busting your chops just wondering.

Not busting your chops just wondering. Yeah they were not hard to pick out in two fields except for one field you could tell the brown drakes with their chest being more darker brown and little green on their head...a little easier when they are cupped & committed in your face. Also forgot to mention that in the 3rd picture there are 15 drakes, 1 hen and 1 gadwall. As on the divers, I try to shoot drakes most of the time and there are two more drakes on the far end (both ringnecks) but didn't have much color.
