Sandmannd
I was thinking of either puttin' "Chasin' Tail" on the back of my boat or "The Lizzy Lyn" after my youngest daughter but might not go over too good now that we have another daughter. My Dad loves to fish and never had a boat. I was thinking of also nameing it "Fudder Edward". Fudder is German for Father and Edward is his name. I remember my Grandma always called him that and my brother and I started calling him Fudder. caseymcq
I go by Ballz Draggin'.....obviously I am talking about my downriggers and such. ... I had all I could do to keep from laughing this winter when I was on Burntside with Steve Foss and he was telling me a story that included the statement "... this is the reef Chunky and me bottomed out our balls on..." I know I am pretty sophmoric but it was funny.
tom fellegy
when i moved to lake mille lacs, i bought a 24ft searay without the wife's blessing. after i brought the boat home, she always referred to it as"the big stupid boat". the name stuck. i had graphics made and it was named, BIG STUPID

danfall
Seaworthy, after we had it out on 6' seas in George's Strait in BC. I got seasick, but the wife was able to take over for me after I got us to an inlet in a very pathetic and sad man day. Apparently, I'm not worthy of the boat, but I thought you'd all get a good laugh. Consumption of alcoholic beverages the nite b4 played no part in my failure (ahemm). Mr.Seaguar
I am soon going to have my boat repainted and the name I am leaning towards is 'Pole Dancer'. I cant figure why but the wife is not too keen on the idea. SO maybe something like 'Gettin Cranky'. I still dont have anything I like as much as pole dancer. Been studyin on it for a month. My buddy says NEMO would go over better and my kids would love it.

Stick in Mud
Being the literature teacher that I am, I felt compelled to name my little canoe after the humble little nag that carried Don Quixote on his searches for truth and windmills. So it's "Rocinante" for me--although I'm more interested in smallmouth bass.

EYEweign
I have dreamed of having a nice boat for MANY YEARS. When we put it in the water for the first time we talked about what we should name it. We both agreed....and "WET DREAM" is what is on the side of our boat. We have alot of people say they like the name
trackerbrent
"Knotty Buoy" Boat came with the name. Has it in vinyl letters on each side of the boat. Name kinda stuck, seemed to fit good.
Dragonsm
When I purchased/resurrected my lund, it initially had the name "Connie Kay" in white vinyl letters on either side of the bow. Even with the removal of the vinyl letters, between the faded/scratched paint around them, "Connie Kay" was still as visible as can be...which my friends/family gave me plenty of ribbing about it.Once it received the new paintjob, the visual of the name disappeard however everyone still refers to my boat and the memories with it as "The Connie Kay".....and for that reason, guess that's the name she'll always have. Timber
I have an older boat, and it doesn't go very fast. So, HALF FAST would be a good name.
