Well I had to put a few on here from down on the river this past week. But I have to say I cant wait for next weekend when the lakes are open to walleyes.

I remember those days waiting for the opener. Boat loaded, rods with just the right line and leaders, figuring what bait to use. Then it would snow. Hope you all have good weather. looking forward to coming up for some fishing this summer

Here are a couple from this year so far:

These fish were all caught using a 1/8 oz jig tipped with a 3" Gulp Alive black shad minnow. All fish were measured, weighed, photographed and released.

Thanks Vexilarman! I wish you were correct, but she went 27 1/4" and the digital scale was teetering between 7 lb 12 oz and 7 lb 13 oz. I have yet to break the 10 lb mark to put one on the wall. Maybe some day this one will gain a couple pounds and our paths will cross again!
