Whoaru99
Any given Sunday things can happen. Sometimes all it takes is one good play...or one lucky break. Or, is it one lucky play and one good break? Either way, at the end of the day, all that matters are the points on the board. LMITOUT...why so jaded against the Vikes? One too many hopes dashed on the rocks, mebbe? It could be worse, much worse, like 0-16.

Chode2235
The vikes do have some talent, and if they can focus and keep from making bad decisions they have a great chance to win.Their Achilles heel seems to be bad decisions in play calling and a lack of real discipline.I wish them the best in the playoffs. we are 'the leading edge' HSO Creators Rick Posted December 30, 2008 we are 'the leading edge' HSO Creators Share Posted December 30, 2008 What is hilarious is the delusion I keep reading. It is very entertaining to say the least. The Vikes already beat Carolina and the Giants this Year. Stomped Eli last year too. The number 1 and number 2 seeds beaten by the Vikes. We also beat the number 4 seed who is in the NFC Playoffs-stomped em. I'd say someone else was delusional if they were truly a Vikings fan. Heck even if they were a closet Packer fan the same applies
james_walleye
LOL where is the delusion buddy? I mean do you not get it? Get into the playoffs and let it roll. Would i pick the vikings in the SB? No. I don't know that i could even pick them to win this weekend. I mean i know how things usuall roll with the vikings. But to say they don't have a "legit" chance? Come on, 2 of the last 3 superbowl winners were 6 seeds. Did many people think either of these teams had a "legit" chance?? Teams get on rolls. A superstar can put a team on his back and carry them. Its certainly not out of the realm for this defense to cause turnovers and turn the tide of any game played. You can be guaranteed that there will be some shocking outcomes in this postseason, that is the NFL of late. Will the vikings be a part of it? Maybe, maybe not. But....they have that chance. Why would someone be delusional for thinking the vikings at home could beat the 9-6-1 eagles? Why is someone delusional for thinking the vikings can beat the panthers for the 2nd time this season? LOL, i don't get it, point out the delusion?
frogtosser
as long as they dont fumble a hundred times again they might keep it close, not that anyone will see the game with 19,000 tickets left.
james_walleye
Yeah for the heck of it i just went on ticketmaster to see what the best tickets available were. 2 tickets 10 rows up on the 30 yard line would have been mine if i didnt already have plans. FISHINGURU
i wouldn't say on fire but they have been playing better as of late...they destroyed dallas but dallas was looking worse then us on our worst days ever.last 4 games they beat cleveland, giants, and the cowboys but lost to washington.one thing to mention is their away record is 3-4-1 and our home record is 6-2...might be a factor. FISHINGURU
how we supposed to get a new stadium when we can't even sell out playoff tickets in the one we have?or is everyone sick of the dome and the parking arrangements and the lay out that they'd rather just sit at home and watch it? jbell1981
or is everyone sick of the dome and the parking arrangements and the lay out that they'd rather just sit at home and watch it? That is how I feel. I would much rather watch it on TV than drive downtown and deal with that mess. If the dome were moved to one of the outter burbs, like they were proposing in Blaine a while back, I would be much more likely to try and go. elkrivermn
That is how I feel also ten years ago is the last game I attended it was $ 20.00 to park across the street we had a handicapped person with, I will never attend another game way to much greed on everyones part. It is so comfy at home watching the gameOriginally Posted By: FISHINGURUor is everyone sick of the dome and the parking arrangements and the lay out that they'd rather just sit at home and watch it? Everyone now has a big screen high def TV, don't have to worry about parking, and you can down as many beers as you want without having to worry about who's going to drive. Or you can pay $75 or more for a ticket in the corner of the end zone, pay the $20 for parking, $5 for a hot dog, $6 for a beer.....I think you get the picture. Drewski
I've always thought football was better watched on tv, and baseball is better in the stadium. I think you see a lot more in person when it comes to baseball, and just the opposite when it comes to football.
Sandmannd
This is the first year that I've been in the cities that I haven't gone to a game. To me, they are great to watch on TV but nothing like sitting in the statium when everyone is all hyped up. Gets your blood pumping and it's a great time. That being said, the parking is rediculously priced and what do you have to park about a mile away now? It's setup to be really spendy and fewer are able to afford it now days.On another note, where are all the shirts, hats and junk for the NFC North Champ Vikes? I can't find the stuff at the retail stores. It's usually all over by now if they win. I know the packers stuff gets thrown in your face ASAP.
