Who else combs this site while "working"? I'm currently working in customer service doing technical support so between calls and on slow days I pilage this site for information...

Shhhhh! don't tell my boss but I do the same thing in between Tech support calls and emails. I feel like they pulled my feeding tube out when I get the "the forums are temperarily down message". That may be just me though.

I had the same deal going. For a few days there, I was highly productive between hitting refresh repeatedly hoping the forums would come back to life. I think I made the very first post after Rick got them back going again. That was a rough couple of days though, let me tell you. I did figure out a way to spend thousands of dollars on fishing gear (dreaming) in a hurry on the Thorne and Cabela's websites though. Ahh, the notoriously long lunch break for surfing FM.

Whew! Thought it was only me. I am self employed and and find it harder and harder to get anything done.

FM has also given me the incentive to get out ice fishing more than I have in years. (also spend more $ on those things I read about here)

Guess I better get back to work to pay for new flasher, ice shack, jig rods.............
