Seen a few woodcock and mallards

Hung this house a couple weeks ago and today the No Vacancy sign went up.

went down to Sauk Centre this morning, seen trumpeter swans!!!  about 2 dozen!!!  and red tailed hawks every where!!! still no sand hill cranes yet...

it sure was cool to hear this morning the robins just singing away at daybreak!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just saw my 1st eagle of the year, crossing the road low right in front of me. Very cool.

Sounds like spring outside now. I can hear robins but no sighting yet, and the cardinals are calling too. Beautiful sounds that give me a pick me up in the morning.

I PUT THE BIRD BATH OUT LAST NITE and took a whole 15 minutes before a robin found it!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday was good day to be out and about looking for birds up here in Ely. Trumpeter Swan, Canada Geese, Greater White-fronted goose, Goldeneye duck and a Red-winged black bird.

Usually first part of may they get here. Tons of finches here yet. And juncos and the regular wood peckers. Hopefully see some cool new ones soon.

Scare some 50 miles north Eyeguy.

  get lottsa oil sunflowers out. they will come.  Just has a fox sparrow fly in.  White thoats and song sparrows should be close behind.

About as much as mosquitoes!  Yep, already getting buzzed.
