Big Dave2
Obviously the coaching staff has seen enough in T-Smack to keep him around. He must be doing some things in practice that we don’t get to see. He’s mediocre at best and probably is 3rd string in most rosters. I completely agree with this but there are 1 or 2 teams that would probably like him as a starter. Raiders to name 1.
we are 'the leading edge' HSO Creators Rick Posted November 25, 2009 we are 'the leading edge' HSO Creators Share Posted November 25, 2009 I am very happy we have Favre and that TT and MM pushed Brett out.I haven't seen enough of T-Jack, our project QB, to know if he's going to be a good one or not. Of course we have the arm-chair know-it all just_wannabee haters who would have us believe differantly. I say "Don't believe the simple ones."Let's just wait and see "The rest of the story on T-Jack while the haters are eating crow on a regular basis to date."And for those of you classless ones who are name calling our Vikes players, "Go cheer for your packers or lions or bears." DTro
Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe we had the opportunity to watch him play a whole season last year. 1. T-Jack reminds me a lot of Antwaan Randle El. A lot of physical ability, but just not cut out for NFL QB. With the right talent at receivers he could possibly excel, but he is not an everyday starter. Pier, you or I (ok mostly you ) could’ve subbed in there and got a 144 , the SeaChickens mailed it in. Right now if Farve went down, give me the Rosencopter.
Jim Uran
I completely agree with this but there are 1 or 2 teams that would probably like him as a starter. Scott K
With Jacksons contract up after this season, I would guess this is Jacksons last year on the Vikings. We have Sage signed for a couple more years, hopefully Favre will unretire again before next season and want to win his 3rd Super Bowl. I would assume we will be hitting the draft, or free agency hard for our QB of the future this spring.

james_walleye
they sure do rick james, like I have said multiple times this offense is ready to go, if you compare the 06,07,08 healthy/not healty squad it is night and day. Kleinsasser is the only one left!!! You guys should go back to pimping your boy Cutlet, he sure is doing great. I mean he is awesome right? I am sure you will point out how bad his recieving corp is....well guess what it is way better then what TJ had his first couple years.......and being that Cutlet is in his 4th year not his first or second....... Do you think we have a short memory?? I don't know if the first game was over and you were on here saying "are you starting to see what the offense is all about" after Favre had a "junkson-like" day. You absolutely were claiming that what we have seen the last 6 or 7 weeks wasnt even possible with this offense. And here we go with Cutler. The only thing i ever said about Cutler was that i am usually not in favor of trading picks but for a 4th year QB who has looked good maybe this might be different. I as well as FG laughed when I saw what the bears gave up for him. I would have never paid that price. Funny you leave this part out. But thats vintage fishin58, either forgetting or neglecting to tell the whole story.
james_walleye
Amen, tr21not hurt, just tired of itI love talking football. But when people have to say the same redundant things over and over with no basis it gets old. No basis? LOL we've all seen junkson play many times, we have plenty of basis. Did this team not win 10 games last season with him at the helm? I thought Daunte Culpepper would never be a starter in this league too, but obviously I was proven wrong. Mudcutter
Rodgers a good QB?? YEs--- the heir to FAvre?? NO WAY.Rodgers one of the best in the NFL?? NO wayTop tier of QB's-ManningBradyBreesFavreWarnerPalmerBig BenE.MAnningRyanRiversthen Rodgers.I'd take any of the above over Rodgers any day. When Rodgers beats a good def,, then top 10.GB flat out let the better QB go. NO ? can be asked when a 40 year old (or any age) has 21 TD and 3 picks. PERIOD.and for those who care-- GB has more talent at WR than the VIkes,, Favre just makes everyone play better. Driver and Jennings would be the best on the Vikes. SledNeck
You're out to lunch buddy. For Rodgers to have the numbers he does with the worst oline in football and no running game, makes him all the more better.

That poor b@stard has spent so much time on his back yet he still posts 300+ yds/game. Their O-line is one of the worst in the league. He is one of the best in the league. I can't say I have seen every game the Pack has played this year but judging by the ones that I did see and all the highlights I've seen, it seems to me that most of the sacks are not the fault of the O-line but of Rodgers holding the ball WAAAAY too long. PierBridge
He’s mediocre at best and probably is 3RD string in most rosters. Actually looking at the QB play around the league T-Jack would probably be starting on about 12 teams that I can think of... I'd probably agree about the mediocor at best comment at this point. He's defiantly a project that may not pan out. He's just a lot better than the High school QB label that a lot of posters have him pegged with and.never mind!
