Also, watched into the wild a few nights ago. I absolutely LOVED this movie. I don't know how many times I've thought of doing just what this kid does, just giving it all up and living off the land. Awesome movie

I also liked Rambo. I liked how it slowed down the fast paced scenes so you could see the 50 cal rip through em!

I also watched National Treasure 2. I though this one was decent.

Yeah, it was aw-ite...at least he didn't twist his face all up and make those fish lips, like he used to in some of his other movies...and he didn't yell, "Adrian"! I watch those movies, but I sure don't expect any academy award winners!

Recently we have watched a few movies. The first one was "Meet the Spartans". It was ok but a little too cheezy for me (believe it or not! ). I laughed a few times but the only real highlight was Carmen Electra. OMG she's hot!

My wife also rented "Balls of Fury" and I had a hard time staying awake. It was a little slow but when I came to from time to time there were some funny parts. I don't think I'd be able to give this movie a positive review.

Last night we rented "Jumper". It was an exciting movie to watch and has some really cool special effects. The ending was a bit "ho-hum" but I think that they are setting it up for a sequel. All in all I liked this movie and so did my wife. It's worthy of renting.

I also watched Jumper this weekend, I thought it was a good movie very cool special effects and it does look like a sequel could be made out of the ending.

Also The Bucket List, kinda slow over all it was a good movie in my book, Jack and Morgan do a good job together in this movie.

I also watched jumper this weekend and thought it was pretty good. Also saw the bucket list and that that was good also. jack and morgan did do a great job together. Still have yet to see Into The Wild but i read the book a few years ago and it was good so i'll have to put it on my netflix.

Defanatly get Into The Wild I thouhght it was verry verry good. One of the better movies released this year.

Some of the clips from '10,000 B.C.' looked like it might be okay? Looked like some pretty good hand to hand scenes.....I watched about 10 minutes of it and could barely keep myself from slappin my own face for renting it! Man what a bomb that was!

Was gonna get 'The Bucket List' but something else came up...maybe tonight after we get back from fishing?

"Children of Men" is an interesting flick.

"Shoot em Up" I liked a lot too.

Both of Terintino's Road House series of flicks are a hoot too.

I'll agree with the others who liked "Rambo". It had some cool special effects and the storyline was just about as far fetched as the other ones. Stallone looks kind of worn out but he did a good job acting like a bad arse.

Last night the wife rented "Definately, Maybe" and we liked it. Not an action movie but not a totally sappy chick flick either. Ryan Reynolds was funny and quick witted like most of his movies. The movie is worth a rent if you want to please the misses.

I watched that movie also I thought it was kinda slow but overall it was pretty good, I liked the ending you kinda knew what it was going to be. Ryan did a very good job playing that role.

Just watched 10,000 BC. Was an OK move, nothing great though.

Watched the Bucket List and that was pretty good. Can't go too wrong with Nickleson and Freeman.

Also National Treasure 2. Pretty decent moving. Right on par with the first one I thought. If you liked the first one this would be a godo watch.

Just watched this one myself. Good movie. I actually like these types of movies more than the wife does. Thought it was a well done movie and Ryan Reynolds did do a very good job.

Seen the Bucket List, Friday night after the fireworks up at Garrison and a little casinoizing. Pretty good movie, I don't think either one of those guys ever starred in a truely bad movie? Kinda sad though, definately not a feel good movie.

I agree, the bucket list is a good movie. Not a geat ending, but it's a good movie to watch.

Everybody's reviews seem to be "right on". We rented "Into the Wild" the other night and really liked it. It really had me intrigued as to how accurate this film was. For one I don't understand how the bus got there? Second was if he was in Alaska for 10 months, how the heck did he survive the winter months? Chances are slim that somebody could live in a run down old bus with broken out windows and little insulation. And lastly, if this guy was so smart, why didn't he bring a fishing rod? If I was going to disappear into Alaska's wilderness the first thing I would remember would be a fishing rod!

Thanks for the good reviews. It saves a little money in the long run.

Watched "Margo at the Wedding" last night with Jack Black and Nicole Kidman. The previews made it look funny but I thought it was very odd but my girlfriend liked it.

Caught a few movies while at the cabin over the weekend.

The Ruins- not a scary movie but gross, the story line is ok.

College Road trip with Martin Lawrence- very funny movie from start to finish the best character in the movie is Einstein the pig its their family pet.

Drill Bit Taylor- It was pretty good, lots of funny parts.

Watched Lost Boys two last night. Not a very good movie at all. I didn't expect it to live up to the first, but it was pretty bad for sure.

Never knew they had a Lost Boys 2, sounds like I will stay away from that one.

Watched Harold & Kumar Escape Guantanamo Bay, I thought it was pretty good lots of funny parts you have to like their 1st movie (White Castle) or you won't like this one.

Be Kind Rewind with Jack Black, it was alright something I wouldnt see again.

Over the weekend at the cabin watched Felon with Stephen Dorff and Val Kilmer. If you like movie that are set in a prision you will like this, I thought it was pretty good overall.

Would give it a 7 out of 10 stars.
