This muskie is headed to Lake Verlmilon.  It was taken from the muskie rearing ponds near Ely.

Still a little small for the freezer

Found a very tiny lake with some very colorful panfish. Probably spent 3 straight hours where as soon as the line on the dropshot tightened there was an immediate bite. Great size as well. All of them went back in the water. Too pretty to eat.

We sat on the rocks and had lunch where we’d normally be in the water at Ash River Falls!

Next spring you need to get up a ATV ride!!  I would love to hit these spots.
