Up in Osakis today,  a quick storm came through and blew an 18 wheeler over on I-94 just a little ahead of me. Lasted about 10 minutes and the sun was back out.

Looks like some old hen had her nest raided because she moved into my duck house for a second round this year.   I wonder if the heat is compatible with a second brood.

 

And the first batch with the two hens appears to have at least 3/4 survival so far.   They are getting bigger.

I stay in Anoka with a friend.  I work wherever the contracts are; mostly the Cities though.

Been doing both since March!  Consulting on the other while focusing on this one.  That’s why I don’t have any fish or bunny pics lately.

I wish they would shut the internet off for a week and see what would happen. Kids t-ball last night 8 out of 10 parents staring at their stupid phones. Guessing they are their so a coach can babysit for an hour. Turn on a baseball game and half the people in the stands staring at a dam phone.  Wheres the dam line drive to the face when you need it?

It is an aluminum Ranger…. I’m assuming it’s the Ranger part that makes it a douche mobile to you.

The real douche mobile are the ones driven by the dudes talkin' shizz about some one else's boat, motor, and what they are fishing for.

Didn't have the tape on it, but this is a solid sunfish anywhere in the state.  Especially for the metro.  Caught several nice ones like this whipping the flyrod around.

 

For reference, my hand is big enough to palm a grippy regulation size basketball on a good day.
