well I made chicken tenders 2 ways today..  1/2 italian seasoning and the rest BBQ..  grilled asparagus, with mushrooms!!!  and used course ground salt and pepper and some oil,,  all on the grill and pasta in the house.. dang I'm full!!!

Tried my hand at making Nashville hot chicken last night. It didn't turn out exactly like I expected but it was still good.

My little lady experiments with new dishes quite frequently. Some are a hit, a few are a miss. This was a winner, BBQ Chicken Deep Dish Pizza.

No pics but it did happen:

 

I smoked corn on the cob for the first time last night and it was a hit with everyone.  I know it’s not cutting edge grilling but definitely something I plan on exploring a little more.

 

I just pulled back the husks but left them attached.  Pulled the silk and popped them in @ 275 for 45 minutes.  Butter, salt, pepper to taste after.  Very simple.  I’d even consider less time in the smoker

yesterday I made a cheese sauce from scratch and had that over chicken tenders with broccoli, cauliflower and carrots..  turned out good!!

seen eyeguy's pan of sunnies he cooked in the over the other day some where, but it got me thinking..so last I took some sunnies, oiled them lightly and used cajun seasonings...  placed some sliced onions on them and some tomatoes!!!   man was that good!!!  had the left overs with scrambled eggs this morning!!  thanks for idea eyeguy!!!
