choice is an excellent product, prime is fine but over rated to me...

Ive never been one to feel the need to pay twice as much for prime grade either. I gotta friend whos got to much money apperentley, buys wagu stuff all the time. Just paid a little over 3k for 30 1lb wagu strip steaks. Makes me feel jealous I think but even if I had that kinda money I still wouldnt feel the need for that.

Yeah, thought I fixed that little auto spell help error quick enough.  I seem to be having a few more spelling and grammar errors since I retired and don't have to do reports to the boss anymore and don't really give a shat!

Never had a wagu steak so I don’t know what I’m missing.  But I do know I could probably get the whole dam cow from someone around here for 3k.  
 

I just did a mule deer backstrap on the grill for dinner tonight and enjoyed the heck out of it.  Maybe even do steak and eggs for breakfast as a follow up.  To me, it doesn’t get much better.

Quiet Christmas Eve here too with just my wife, my son and me. I didn't think to take a picture but we has smoked salmon, cheesy potatoes and green bean casserole.

Yes, good ol Red Lobster biscuits.

They accompanied some bacon wrapped shrimp I grilled. (Very tasty and grilled to perfection)

 

Tonight will be home made Chicken Kiev, I'll try and remember a pic.
