Another year of Fantasy Auto Racing is here!

I have two groups set up with Yahoo's Fantasy Auto Racing '11 (links are below). We will basically have the same deal as last year. The Hot Spot Outdoors group (#10928) will be for teams that have competed in at least one full previous year of HSO fantasy NASCAR. The Ice Leaders group (#10930) will be for the rookies, anybody that has not competed in at least one full year.

It will be a first come first serve basis with a maximum of 50 teams per group (again, please don't let there be 100 teams, just kidding ). If you don't get a spot sign up a team at yahoo, post in this thread that you have a team and if a spot opens up (they usually do), we'll get you in. Make sure you are competing week to week at yahoo so you are getting points!

I post weekly points winners every week (usually the night after the race but typically no later than Monday morning) as well as your ranking based on your total points. Even though there are two groups your competing with each other regardless of what group your in. There will also be some misc. stats and some occasional miscellaneous info so check in weekly to see what up and to give the weekly winner some congrats!!

To the good stuff. You will need to create a team with Yahoo Fantasy Auto Racing '11 (Click Here for Yahoo Fantasy Auto Racing). Click on the "Sign Up Now" button. USE YOUR FM LOG IN NAME FOR THE TEAM NAME, no exceptions! It makes it a lot easier for everyone to figure out who is who. Fill in the rest of the blanks, Make sure the "do not remove lowest weekly score" box is clicked (if there is one), read and accept the terms (you have to accept to play) and click on the "Continue" button. The next page should say registration confirmation. Click on the yellow "Join Group" link to the right of your registration info. On the next page click the "Join A Private Group" link. You will then be prompted to enter a group number and password.

For teams that have competed in at least one full year of HSO Fantasy Auto Racing use;

Group # - 10928

Group Password - pros

For teams that are new to HSO Fantasy Auto Racing, or have not competed in one full year, or the other group is full use;

Group # - 10930

Group password - rookies

Click "Continue" and then "Join Group" on the next page. You should be all set!

Make sure you post in this thread after you have registered your team in one of the two groups! Teams with non member names will be removed!

We will be using Yahoo's fantasy auto racing rules so make sure you look them over. Feel free to ask any questions you may have in this thread. Yahoo is using the same points structure as they did last year regardless of the NASCAR change in points this year.

So, adjust your air pressures, put in a round of wedge, make a track bar adjustment and lets go racing boys....and girls!!!!

ok....just signed up in the rookie league. watched a few races ten years ago. actually could never make it through the whole race. by the 25th lap and 13 taco bell commercials i would be liquored up enough to actually eat the stuff.......... and then pass out on the couch. "see" you guys/gals next month.
