SkunkedAgain
There are four games this weekend and I'd like to hear some perspectives on all of the games/matchups. If you feel the need to mention the Saints, Vikings, Colts, or Chargers, start a different thread. I also don't want the typical Packer/Viking trash here. That's being hashed out in five other threads on this board. So without further ado, let's hear your prediction and/or analysis of each game:1) New York Jets at Cincinnati Bengals2) Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys3) Baltimore Ravens at New England Patriots4) Green Bay Packers at Arizona Cardinals

SkunkedAgain
My personal predictions are:Jets beat Bengals: I like the Jet defense against Cincinnati. Like the Vikings, the Jets are set up to stop the run. They have one star receiver in Chad Johnson and he'll be shadowed again by Revis. This will be an upset.Cowboys beat Eagles: I think that the Cowboys are the hottest team in the NFC right now. I don't think they'll go all the way but they seem poised to hand it to the Eagles again. Miles Austin and Jay Novachek...oops...Jason Winton will have big games for Dallas.Patriots beat Ravens: I just don't see the Ravens as that good of a team. Flacco hasn't been able to recreate the season that he had in 2008. Ray Rice is a stud (he was the heart of Rutgers) and will carry the load but New England will shut down the run. The Patriots will miss Wes Welker more in the divisional round than this weekend, but they'll survive with his replacement.Packers beat Cardinals: Wisenhunt seems to relish putting his team in the underdog scenario. It might have worked last year but it's a strategy trick that works only the first couple times. I don't see it working this season. Both the Packers and Cardinals have been exposed by good teams. This one might just come down to whom is healthy on the Cardinals sideline. I think this will be a high-scoring shootout none-the-less, similar to the Packers/Steelers game of a few weeks ago. gundy89
Jets @ Bengals (Bengals -2.5): I may be in the minority here, but I think the bengals pull this one out. It's not like they're playing great right now, but they've got some good CBs. Sanchise will toss a couple INTs and even the Jets D and run game won't overcome it. Low scoring affair. 17-14 Bengals. Iggles @ Boys (Boys -4.0): I know Dallas is rolling and is at home, but I'll take Reid and McRib in this one. They have experience and playmakers. Thing that scares me most is the backup Center will be playing for Philly. 31-27 IgglesRavens @ Pats (Pats -3.0): This is a tough one. Both teams are flawed. Welker is going to hurt the Pats a ton. I think Balt will get rice going early and often, but can the Ravens secondary hold up? I'm just not sure. I really want Balt to pull this one out but I have a feeling that the Pats at home will get it done. 24-17 PatsPackers @ Cards (Cards -1.0): I think this one is by far the toughest to call. Largely due to the fact that you don't know what AZ team will show up. I truely think that when they're on their game, they can beat anybody. That being said, they've thrown some stinkers up. I think that they'll come to play and the Pack will have their hands full. In the end, I think it's going to be a late FG that decides it and right now I'm going to give it to the cards. 34-31 Cards. pike doctor
And oh yeah, Madden comes out of Old Country Buffet to do one more game and plant his lips around farve's behind, but much to his dismay farve doesnt win the game. Then farve will retire/unretire about 5 times in the off season, and in the end he will come back to win it all next year.I am 100% correct. Trust me.Remember I am the one that posted that Farve would play for us about 10 days after he said NO! And I predicted a 12-4 or 13-3 record. But most of you said he would not make that much difference. HAWe lose to san diego cause our defense is over rated! AND we really need EJ back.
