Muddog
Try as I may, every time I try to think of what I'll target the only thing I can come up with is: It all depends on the time of year and which way the wind is blowing.
bigbucks
1. walleyes2. crappies3. northerns4. sunfishI don't ever regularly target anything else. I will target saugers or white bass if I'm where there are some on occasion, but it's so rare that I am I can't count them. All other fish are welcome, but accidents. 90% of the time I'm fishing walleyes or crappies & just catch a fair amount of the other two species in my top 4. I would consider smallies as game fish, but I'm pretty sure bucketmouths are rough fish aren't they? I enjoy catching LM & all other rough fish, but there's no difference for me. If I ever target bass again it will probably be because my son wants to. It just doesn't do it for me, I'm not some kind of purist or anything.
