I was Looking at the GREAT rsort list here on Fishing Minnesota and thought about where I would LOVE to go this year! 1. Try For some Kittys on the Red 2. You talk about withdrawls!!! Someone throw me a bone here because I gotta gnaw on something! Probably will hit the same resort next winter to ice up some 'eyes and crappies too. I also will make a couple runs to the pond for some eyes and would like to try for Musky on the pond once. I also have a friend who goes catfishing in North Dakota and he asked if I would like to spend a week or so catching catfish.I might as well give it a shot.She is a free trip. My daughter and I are flying into the northeast cornor of Saskatchewan for a week of hopefully, large northern pike, lake trout and grayling. I'll get my annual dose of Lake Superior for sure and maybe Carlos will be a target too.Aside from the cabin trips, I am not too much on traveling to fish. Gotta do Superior though...without fail. South Eastern ND pothole lakes late March/early April. Sturgeon Excursion April 21st. Cats on the Red, Selkirk May 20th. PerchJerker Posted March 3, 2006 Share Posted March 3, 2006 Great topic for early March!!!!! - Florida in a couple weeks, hoping to catch some redfish or sea trout while I'm there. - Erie for a week in April, a troller's paradise for giant walleyes - Upper Red Lake for walleye opener (with about a million other guys from the sound of it) - Lac Qui Parle this summer, one of my favorite lakes to fish because it is SOOOOO different than "typical" walleye water - Will probably get to Winnie and Lac Seul this summer but nothing firm planned yet - Mille Lacs under the full moon (and many other nights) this fall Come on spring, come on summer Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
