I did the burger like they did in the old days. Added an egg, oatmeal and diced onions. Then I did my thing with seasonings. Salt, pepper, cajon seasoning, and montereal steak seasoning. Mixed it up about 3 hours before I grilled so the seasonings all melded

I do something like that once in a while but use bread crumbs instead of oatmeal.

yeppers.........we use a scaling pail, or i believe the ones we use were called a cyclone. scales 20-30 sunfish in 3 minutes. just gotta watch it a bit so it dont beat the fish up.

Seen em, never tried one.  I did upgrade to one of these from a spoon.
