Redneck Ideas?

I am looking for an auto Jigger for the rattle wheel in the fish house. I am not going to pay the kind of money that they want for one of these gadgets. There has got to be a way to use another gadget that is designed for something else to accomplish the same thing. Any ideas??

There are a few wind powered jigging tip ups on the market. A fan and one of those might work a little better than my previous suggestion....

There has got to be some type of cheap, battery powered low RPM toy or something out there that could easily be modded to a jigger. I once had a BBQ grill rotisserie attachment that ran off 2 D cells. Would have worked great for this purpose.

was thinking about that the last few days fishing actually. I think I will take a battery operated clock, start with one that just takes a double A battery. put an eccentric disk on where the second hand attaches and a peg or a hook or something on the outside edge to hang the line. I don't know LOL maybe the propane was getting to me.
