SkunkedAgain
Actually, I think that I heard Paul Allen say it best this weekend when he stated that this post season hurts the most as a Vikings fans because instead of his Vikings that were supposed to make a Super Bowl run, it's their two biggest rivals competing in the NFC Championship game. I can see how that stings, but so blows the wind when you hang your chances on an aging quarterback.
soldoncass
What's is more accurate, and hurts worse, was the Vikes putting all their eggs in the Childress basket.....HUGE HOLES THERE. Bringing rejects in off Phillies squad time after time, with predictable results. I only saw ONE quality receiver most of the year(Harvin)....and he missed some games also. Personell decisions were HORRENDOUS. The aging QB was NOT the main problem. I fully expect Frazier to make better decisions.
mrklean
ha they put all of there eggs in the favre basket i think and that was an epic failure this year
zepman
ha they put all of there eggs in the favre basket i think and that was an epic failure this year Favre was the least of their problems this year. Look what happened to Brady yesterday when a little pressure was put on him...he folded like a tent. Favre faced three times that pressure every game.I wish I could blame it all on Favre...that would mean we really haven't dug ourselves a hole that will take a few years to dig out of. mixxedbagg
Quote: I am anti-Pack and Bears, so who do I cheer for? No self-respecting person would ever cheer the cheese. Bears / Steelers Superbowl, Baby!

reinhard1
i'm a viking fan, but i believe the packers have a better team on offense and defense and in general. they will win. good luck.
TR21HP
I'm a football fan period and really like the way the Packers are playing right now. I am not a big fan of both Mike Martz or Jay Cutler, way too much arrogance on both people. Rex Ryan said it best," you don't have to be the best team all year, just be the best team that day", so we will see who is the best team that day. Should be an extremely physical game. soldoncass
Talk about problems.................. ....I'm a VIKING FAN. Hate the Packers(or change the a to an e,i,o,u....they all fit), and don't like the Bears. Hate the Je(rk)ts and don't like the Steelers, either. I say we just cancel the rest of this year AND next year also. If I was an unbiased observer (which I'm NOT),I would believe the Jets and Packers are the 2 best teams, and would be a classic match-up. 5 all-star WRer's against 2 arrogant allstar DB's. One arrogant classless coach (ny)against a quality, good coach (gb). I would root FOR the CLASS TEAM every time, in a BLOW-OUT no less. One team from MY division against the other conference....should be a no-brainer, right??????? The "problems", for me, come from the arrogant fans( on here and in-laws).......who prove to be terrible sportsmen. The REAL WINNERS win(and lose) with humilty and graciousness. IF the Packers can do THAT, I will HATE THEM LESS.....and even ROOT FOR THEM (when they aren't playing the VIKES).....and STOMP THE BAD OUT OF THE JE(ts)RKS......GO GOOD GUYS! goblueM
i'm callin it right now, Pack-Steelers superbowlAaron Rodgers will be too much for the bears, and the Pack's D is loads better than seattle. Jets won't be able to run against the Steelers, and Mark Sanchez can't win games on his own.
Jarrid Houston
The problem dealing with the hated packers, and bears for me is that I am just an outsider looking in. Even as I watch a vikes game. We ar all fans and thats it. Nohing we can do but watch......HATE THE PACKERS>>>>>>>>>>>and the bears, but would rather see bears go to hush things down on the Green Bay side...Who roots for colors of urine anyway. At least the Vikes have Royalty! Singletary will hopefully get our defense back to where it belongs and whoever come in for QB, I am crossing my fingers that we are about to start and embark on a new Vking Dynasty. Love all the Vikes fans chiming in...GO VIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Steve Foss
Who roots for colors of urine anyway. You do, when your team continually urinates it down their legs. Not to mention, isn't one of the Vikings team colors yellow/gold just like the Packers?

paceman
For sure Go Steelers. I hate the Jets! I am on the fence for the Bears/Packers. It will probably be the Packers as I don't like Obama and he is a Bear fan
pike doctor
Packers over the Bears in a very tight gameSteelers over the loser Jets (I hope)I am pretty excited for these games. It wouldnt suprise me one bit if any of the four teams won the whole thing. Once again the NFL is showing complete dominance over all other leagues.BTW, I used to hate GB with a passion. Now I dont really mind them anymore. Out of the four teams they seem to have the least amount of convicted felons and gang-bangers. Go Pack! harvey lee
If we all want to enjoy the best macth up, I believe we would have to look at Green bay and Pittsburgh. They are 2 great football teams with great history and both teams have a real good QB.I do not believe that the Jets vs bears would be that good of a SB.I think that with the Packers and the Steelers, viewing records could be set and if the other scenairo happens, not such a big viewership.Time will tell.I typically do not cheer for the Packers but I will say this, they have gotten better as a team all season and they seem to be peaking at the exact right time.
