What's wrong with this picture????

This was in Wyoming, MN this morning as I was heading out to work.

My dad and cousin had this happen one time, but it was a smaller aluminum boat on a roller trailer. They hooked up the strap, a couple of guys held up the front end and they cranked the boat back onto the trailer.

I'm not sure what you'd do with this heavy fiberglass boat.

And no, no one had the turn signal on in the boat either.

Looks like there is still part of the strap or safety chain hooked up to the bow yet. That is funny, but not so at the same time.

That's where my boat ended up! I got home and it wasn't on the trailer and I couldn't figure out where it went.

Yeah. the wife and son were walking around the boat, looking at the backend, sides, etc.

It was an I/O, hopefully the motor was fully up, or I'm sure it would have landed on the prop once it started to tilt off the trailer.

The guy was just around the corner, the broken straps on the back of the trailer still hanging off the back end of the trailer.

He was standing along side the Expedition, I suppose trying to get ahold of a towing company to lift the boat up?

The cops showed up shortly after I took the pic.

That's a real bummer. It must have been a very nice smooth rolling trailer for a boat like that to roll off in a turn lane. I suppose they took off hard and it let go. Gotta wonder how the got it back on the trailer, maybe a forklift?

There's a marine dealership up in Wyoming if that was me I would see if they were willing to come help with a boat fork lift for some money.

I saw the same thing at the Clear lake access 4 yrs. ago brand spanking new Lund Tyee. Also saw a guy power loading his new ranger 620 gassed it a little to much and bent the bow stop into his tailgate and luckily not in the bed of his truck on Linwood lake. Dang city people are funny!!!
