best all around lure for fishing variety?

hi just curious what you think is a good all around lure. i know not everything works for all species but here goes. for crappies sunnies flu flus and a float. for pike, walleye,bass sinker and hook with minnow whats your ideas?

Yup. The future mother-in-law ONLY use a beetle spin with a white twister tail. It doesn't matter what we're fishing for or where we're fishing, she usually outfishes everyone (from a numbers standpoint) with that stupid thing. She even yanked in a 30" muskie on that little thing!

I refuse to use one when she's in the boat, but I secretly use them when she's not around.

depending on the size thrown, I have caught all kinds on each one.

Plain hook and a splitshot with a leech, minnow or crawler will catch everything that swims in less than 15 Feet of water.

As far as artificials, the beetle spin is probably the most diverse. I like rattlin rapala's as well.

You can fish a beetle spin so many different ways, you can almost always find a presentation that will bring fish into the boat.

The jig is tough to beat, but i think the rattle n trap is a great all around lure. It will catch northerns, muskies, bass, and walleyes
