Hey guys i would like some ideas for my wife. We fish out of a lund pro-v and the side walls are only about two feet high. When nature calls (#1) it is always an issue with other fisherman and houses around. We tried the female addaptor they make but she hates it. So guys what have you improvised or bought for your ladies to descreatly do their buisness?

My wife is my fishing partner about 75% of the time and we are lucky enough to have a boat with two livewell's' one for fish and one for her---self flushing ya know grin

I hope the live well is empty at the time!! sick

We have a loo toilet set that we take with on longer trips, ita a toilet lid that attaches to most 4-6 gal buckets. We use a small garbage bag liner in the bucket and it works well when the kid have a #2 issue (tie the bag and throw away at shore).

I carry a small bucket in the boat with a roll of tp in the glove compartment. My wife is able to go in between the driver side and passenger side consoles pretty discretely.

+1 on that. 1 gallon drywall bucket has been in boat from day 1. She squats right near seats an consoles and no-one has even a clue unless their right beside us. Anything other than #1 were going to the bank!

We have a bucket for the bride also, but sometimes we are in a crowd or have a third person in the boat. My solution was to by one of those el-cheapo rain poncho for her to pull over herself. Instant walls, works great.

If my bride (of 15+ yrs) wanted to head in for a nature call, most of the time (ok, all of the time) I would head in. But she is usually the one to want to stay out fishing!

A small hard plastic bucket is all she should need. Tell her to kneel on the floor to take her pants down and then just shift over the bucket. Rinse over the side when done. Most people will look away if they do realize what is happening. Also, you could just move away from the other boats for a bit to give her a little more privacy. The rain poncho also sounds like a good idea.

She'll get the hang of it. smile

I assume you have a pee pail. Then i carry one of my rain coats. ( i'm a big guy so this works!) She can put this around her waist, and button it like a long skirt. Then she can drape it over the pail and go with out exposing all.

I found a drywall bucket today and she used it this morning. We didnt have anyone around so there were no problems. I really like the poncho idea when fishing in a group. I knew i could turn to you guys for advice on female bathroom issues....thanks guys!!!!! :-)

We have a Lund Pro-V too and just like a few of the other guys have said, a bucket and TP in the side compartment works well for me. If there's too many boats around, I just make him go out a little further but other than that, it's quick and easy! grin

colorado river runners use a kybo. take a empty ammo can, set a toilet seat on it and measure the edges. cut seat off, add 1x1 to bottom to keep it solid on the inside of the can. line the can with trash bag and there you go, the toilet seat stores in the can along with the empty or clean trash bags. works for all types of situations.
