Thanks for the compliments everyone.

Jim, the hawk owl was over in Lake County on 16 a few miles east of Stoney River Rd. I have not seen any in the bog yet. I am sure if one looked though they could find one there since they are popping up all over the place. I did see a GGO in the bog on my way home last night. Too dark to shoot it though.

Looks like I might have to take a little trip next weekend grin

I have 2 rib cages already and thought I might just run one up to the feeder if you have not put one out yet. I had given thought to finding another spot that would provide a little different background so it would mix up the shots a little bit but that will wait till after rifle season.

Great shots, Jay! I especially like that second fox shot.... is that the same fox you found earlier this year?

No, I have never seen this fox before, it snuck up on me while I was shooting some eagles. The previous ones I posted this summer I got from the Gunflint Trail, the Sax-Zim bog, a few from Finland/Isabella area and a den site near my house in Hibbing. Fox seem to be really abundant this year.
