EBass
Being that the pack had 0 sacks against the 40yr old Surgeon I would assume that the pass rush will be 10 fold stronger. Turn overs will be key, but they always are. Winfield is out. That being said, good teams don't loose two in a row. Vikes take it in a close one, er I hope. 24-
walleyes12
Pier didnt you pick the pack to win the first game too? Enough said!
Mudcutter
I might be outta the loop,, but whose going to be blocking #69?? He seemed to have part of the outcome at the dome. FAvre and Harvin.-- if HArvin is 100%,, no one can cover him with Favre throwing the ball.Berrian-- what's the scoop with him??Big Ben when he tested the Vikes deep did very well. Rodgers will it do it more often.Vikes better be up by 10 or more in the late 4Q, or it's scary.Longwell or Crosby?? I think it comes down to a kick at the end.Toss up--- anyone who knows the outcome of this game is a liar.Vikes get 3 points-- I'd take the points and hope. Cooter
Quote:Favre has been known take control of emotional games. Yes and no. He used to get way too excited going into the dome and took a series or two to settle down. The first couple series are gonna be critical - momentum could be huge in this game. scott b
I love hearing all these delusional Vikings fans go on and on. What ever happened to all the negative things Minnesotans had to say? News flash: Favre chokes when it's most important. I know, I know, his dad died... great game. Superbowl..O.K good. What about all the games you didn't hear about because he flopped. Theres a reason the Packers didn't want him back, and your about to find out why. I-N-T-E-R-C-E-P-T-I-O-N-S Watching Brett Favre on the Vikings is kinda like watching your wife with another man. A.P. gimme that ball. Pack 28 Vikes
alwaysonthemove
Iam rooting Viknings all the wayI don't care what the outcome is this game will be highlighted for years on end.I hope farve and Ap run all over the Pack.I also think Jared has 3 sacks and a fumble recovery the williams boys crush Mr big nose and we win Big
traveler
Hotime....best to lay off the sauce for awhile my friend! You're not well. Take 3 Favre touchdown passes and see AP in your nightmares. Oh, and.... Vikes 27, Pack 10.
koonie
Watching Brett Favre on the Vikings is kinda like watching your wife with another man. Only in Wisconsin! Of course, they are probably both your cousins.Vikings 29 (that's right 29! You know there will be a safety)Pukers

Swimbait2009
I think it comes down the battle in the trenches, and the vikes get the edge there on both sides of the ball. Our D-Line is going to dominate the pack's pathetic attempts to protect Rogers. With that much pressure, their receivers won't have enough time to get into the secondary to take advantage of our weakness without winfield. Ryan Grant is not going to be much of a factor as our line shuts him down as well. AP gets the major nod in this game, and goes for 128 and 2 TDs. Both passing games are very good, but due to our pass rush, I think Favre has a much better day than Rogers. 31-17 vikes!
Jim Uran
Vikes are going to embarrass the cheeseheads this weekend.. Ahhh I can't wait. All of the cheeseheads will be quiet on the football forums for a week again... They are just now getting the cajones to post about their beloved cheddarheads since the last time we played. I say 31-24 VIKINGS!!!! With most of the cheeseballs points being late 4th quarter GARBAGE points like last time. In the words of the late great Paul Harvey... Good day! SkunkedAgain
No matter which way it goes, it's hilarious to read people predicting STATS for a game that hasn't been played yet. It's enough for any of us to even predict the win or loss.Either way, this game will be what we all want it to be...fun to watch
solbes
24-13 Vikes. The only touchdown we give up is a blown punt coverage. Kluwie runs to cover returner and does a crappie flop right in front of returning man.Which one of Green Bay's Dbacks is going to get steamrolled by AP into the almost frozen tundra this weekend? Nothing more entertaining than that!

Big Dave2
I think Brett Favre has another game winning drive at the end and secures his legacy as "greatest of all time".
Big Dave2
I predict this.
kitchy
I predict another failed playoff run by the Vikes. The Favre experiment is a failure and he finally retires for good. The Vikes draft a QB in the first round and he ends up being a guy like Ryan Leaf. Chilly gets fired after next year. Vikes fans are doomed to many more rebuilding years. FISHINGURU
i like all the little whiners that [PoorWordUsage] and moan about the vikes...but if they win it all or have a great season they will say how they have been fans for life...if the vikes don't win it all they will say how they called it....LMMFAO.the favre experiment has already been a success so far because we've won atleast 3 more games with him then we would of without him...i thought it was a success the second he signed...anything should be considered a success when junkson is on the sideline! fishin58
Delusional at best, so it is a fact to you as hater that we would have won another game. You haters have a tough time with the facts. So I will post a fact for you With TJ we would have been 7-0 and Ap would have 150 more yards........Who knows where we would be with TJ but we would be at the same record and AP would be playing better and we would not be worrying about Berts arm falling off.
