CJH
Not much, too expensive to manufacture in the US, unless its a small company.I'd focus more on US owned companies (Northland, Lindy, etc...) as they still employ a good amount of people and pay taxes in the US/MN. MNice
Remember, low prices do not equate to good wages.
OnAFly
I try to think of it more in the way of who I am buying from. A lot of time you can get the same, or nearly the same, price for something at a local bait shop. I try to give the little places more business since almost everything is not American made anymore. NCLaker
I'm just getting into musky fishing. It seems a lot of the musky lure companies are making in the US.
Mid-Lake Rock
NCLaker - there are tons of great Muskie Baits made in the USA, most being made in MN/WI/Midwest. I don't know if I can name them on this forum. I often go to smaller shops and find lots of locally made musky baits and tackle. There is also a big expo coming up in a few weeks that will have a lot of the one-man bait making operations selling their products.
Crusty old Swede
Bay De Noc makes swedish pimples and the rest of their stuff in Michigan. Alot of salmon trolling gear is made here.

newoodhntr
The Mepps lures are made in Antigo Wi. They still buy squirrel tails from hunters for their lures.
TonkaBass
Northland is a really good choice for usa made tackle with a lot of high quality products.
shizzy
in this day and age its hard to buy only american made items. I mainly try to buy from the smaller shops. I figure the smal guy getting one more sale is wore much more.
Wish-I-Were-Fishn
As long as you spend your money, that's what counts (assuming you still have a job).
