OK so its last summers photo, but my son has been waiting for his dad to figure out how to post a pic. He caught a few nice ones off the dock last summer. This one he was so excited he came running to the cabin for a picture yelling he had a monster!

That just goes to show that length doesnt always mean everything. Ive caught some 21 inch fish but none as heavy as canobeans fish

My two 7-2 bass last year were 22" and 22.5". The 9-0 I caught in Iowa was 23.5" and an 18.25" girth. That one was caught in early May....no closed season in Iowa.

Made it out for the first time yesterday. Fished pool 2 from 4-7. Hooked up with 2 fish but only managed to get one out of the trees.

17 inches, caught on a black and blue flippin tube in 2ft of water off of a laydown. The water temp was 58. The bite on pool 2 should be blowing up here in the next 2 weeks, so get off your butts and go catch some fish.

Pool 2 is open year round. The current is not a problem, although I wasnt fishing any where near current, I was in some backwaters.

here is a 17" from pool 6 the other day.. 3lbs 11oz nothing crazy but fun none the less.

thats a nice looking fish SS. On Some MN lakes, i would die to get a few of them in a tournament!
