Got this one 7/31 on a rapala she inhaled it. Got the jaw spreader got the lure out with no damage, but she made one thrash a second after this shot and back to the water so I didn't get any firm measurements, felt at least a good 5 lbs though.

Here is a 34" Wisconsin River pike from earlier summer. Caught on a black spinnerbait along a rip rap shoreline.

Unfortunatley, the massive chew in my lip gives my kind of a weird expression...

I landed this 27" on Poplar Lake on the Gunflint Trail using a white pearl super fluke. When I saw him at the boat, I got him in my net, and just as I got him in the boat, he thrashed and my line broke! Caught some other nice fish that outing. Here's the full story:

Here are a couple from yesterday. We were fishing a small lake in Itasca county. We went there on friday to fish for bass and lost a 30"+ northern. We knew there were some big fish in there so we went back and fished deep for pike. Managed these two, a smaller fish, a couple of bass, and got cut off by a big pike. Caught by dragging white plastic creature baits on 1/2 ounce jigs through sparse 3-6ft tall coontail on a 20ft deep flat next to a steep dropoff. 35" and 31" fish.
