Torque tabs do work wonders!Very little torque steer left, amazing little device. Now I just have some gauge and sonar issues left and getting used to a different hull design other than that I'm a happy camper!

I don't have a lot of hours on the Suzuki yet, but I sure like it so far. It sure is quiet when idling, and seems to be decent on gas consumption. No complaints on the motor or boat setup yet, in fact I'm in loooove with my first boat. grin.gif

2006 Charger 190 SUV. It's a fun boat. I had it on big water for the first time over the 4th.

Am I the only one who fishes from a boat thats not meant for fishing? Well here it is. I push it to its limits. I make her go really shallow in the Mississippi backwaters. 2000 Rinker 180.

And my new(to me) 4 horse 14' aluminum fishing boat.

We got it for $650 and it is almost done with its fix up. I painted it red, got rid of the paint on the hull, and added carpet. It looks really good. I will show it soon.

Here is my open water rig.

I can get it up to about 70 mph., it is great on gas and it doesn't need a boat landing.

I havn't had to license it yet but I am sure that will change very soon.

It has never broken down, I can get it in some very secluded places, and there is always room for me to bring friends.

It is super easy to transport, light weight and there are no laws saying I can't use it on any lake in the state.

It will fish as little as 1" of water and as deep as 40' in some lakes.

My wife didn't crab when I got it home and it requires almost no maintenance.

I don't have to wear a life jacket, don't need a thowable life preserver, fire extinguisher and I can't get a DUI when operating it.

It doesn't require insurance or a $35,000.00 truck to pull it.

It always works perfectly and suites me just fine.

If I am feeling motivated I use this instead and all previous statements retracted.

montanagriz, I have the same exact boat. My guess is that you put the 2nd counsel on after the purchase. How much did that run ya and do you still have plenty of room. I just had my first child yesterday and I think putting the 2nd one on would be nice.

Thanks, LovenLifeGuy
