Yes it is. But I’ve seen it like it is now when they shut er down for work.

 

At Coon Rapids I’m wondering if my Arch Enemy snag is still there and showing.  I’d like to get my tackle back.

never seen the shut down!!   that would be interesting to see!!!!   how does one find out that info???

It was June of last year.  Not just a maintenance shut down so I wouldn’t expect anything routine.  There was probably something in the paper but if you don’t see those things right away you miss out.

thanks!!  so I'll never see it but that is ok...   it's still something to see these low rivers anyway...

It’s really about the same as it is now.  So ya kinda DO get to see it. 
 

I was going over the 25 bridge in Monti the other day.  The low level is really striking there!

i went over it yesterday.....yea its really low. occasionally i drive up the west side from ostego and looking at the river its kinda sad!!!!!!!
