We saw a road killed grouse last weekend.  I told my wife how odd that was.  And it was right after we saw two mourning doves sitting on the wire.

Their in the roads because with all the snow, it's the only place to get gizzard - grit.

Thanks. I prefer warm and dry weather in Minnesota when I am gone. Lower heating bills and no surprises if for some reason the furnace went out. No potential ice dams either.
