We have a couple of them that come into our yard fairly frequently in the evening that set off our animal detector.

I had one hunting a rodent or something in a hollow log for about 10 minutes under my tree stand a couple years ago.  Never knew I was there. Coulda skewered it.  It was ~5 yards.

Yeah it was pretty cool and made up for the fact I didn't see a deer  it was running from one end of the log to the other and sticking it's head in holes on the side.

 

I looked for a pic but couldn't find it.  Not sure if I took one.  It was really pale.  More yellow than red.

Bow hunting a few years back I watched one try and stalk 3 tom turkeys. Needless to say when he got close the turkeys went after him. He took off tail between his legs.

The past 2 years deer hunting I've had fox meander past my stand, but holy Hannah are they spooky. Barely a twitch of a finger and they high tail it outta there!

I put out dead mice for them that we catch on our screen porch and in our pole barn.

We had a wood chuck problem a few years ago were they were digging holes all over the place. I didn't get a chance to shoot any but I did bury a at least one alive!
