I like a good red chili with steak. And a white chicken chili is a nice change of pace. But this buffalo chicken chili the Mrs has been making for the past two years is number one in my book.  Topped with blue cheese.........yum.

Looks great Duff.  I made a big pot of Venny burger chili last night as well. No pic's didn't know we were have a cook-off?

Is that blue cheese you put on top?  May have to try that.

Made some Turkey gizzards in the crockpot the other day. These are one of my favorite things to cooked. I just cut up an onion and then a couple cans of cream soup. The longer you cook them, the better they are. I normally try to make sure they cook for at least 10 hours.
