Heading to the cabin Tuesday morning so decided to cook up a pork roast for a meal.

A couple ribeyes. Num.

3 eggs ham onions and pepper jack cheese. With nature's own favorite nectar.

Bushy tail Cacciatore w/ mini puffer shrooms

Usual  suspects on da sauce ( no garlic in dis one)add triniquois to maters& herbs, simmer 3 hrs & puree

Season tree rats & put in crockpot for 3 1/2 hrs w/ sauce. Add eggplant & shrooms, cook for another 1 1/2. 

All cooking done at lowest setting.

Bone out critters

Serve over rice, taters, cous cous or pasta.
