Vikes VS SeaHawks

Going to be a tough road game to pull out a victory IMO. I think the Vikes will need to be 2 up in the turn-over catagory and AP over 130 yds to pull this one out.

The "12th Man" has been brutal on the most grizzled QB's in the league this year...hope is not real high for Ponder to have a good game here either.

Yeah this one could be tough. Ponder and the offense are going to need to be significantly better and the Defense is going to need to stop the run. I'm not sensing a blow out but alot of things need to go right for the vikings to win. Predicting 27-17 in favor of the Sea Chickens.

I agree, it is going to be a tough one. I think AP has to have an absolute, monster night in order for the Vikes to pull this one out. Don't expect a lot out of our wide receivers or Ponder besides Percy. Everybody has heard about the Seahawk cb's physical style of play.

Defense is gonna have to play real well. Already know we aren't gonna put up a lot of points against that D in Seattle.

27-3 Seattle. This will be the lowest of low for the vikings. There will be no deep balls available for the team. Peterson will be taken out of the equation. Ponder will look like a D-3 College QB. Seattle will be on Harvin all day. It might give a new meaning to all day. Vikings will be lucky to crack 200 yards total offense.

Now that the purple kool-aid has all been flushed down the toilet, I'll be the guy to predict a decisive Vikings victory. I think that AP is going to shred that Seahawk defense apart, drawing in the safeties and opening up some passing opportunities for Ponder.

The best way to quiet the home crowd is to run it down the defense's gut on long sustained drives.

I'm with Skunked for whatever reason, we had extra rest, extra prep time, I think we still have the best RB and Slot guy, kicker, how does Seattle go from Tjack to this Wilson guy so quick and smooth etc. I'll predict lol overtime in this game with the Vikes making us forget about Tampa. If we do get crushed bad it's that pre-school song the wheels on the bus go flat and flat.........flat and flat...........flat and flat the vikings bus has run out of gas all through the town. We're dogmeat if we get schooled by a rookie QB, man we've faced some very so so young guns at QB man, thought advantage us, but .

I hope that the Vikings come out rested and very well prepared for this game. If we look like we did against Tampa, every single coach on the staff should be given their pink slips. The inability for the coaches to make adjustments just kills me. Of course, when you have Sullivan not calling the right blocking assignments and letting Ponder get creamed, it really doesn't matter what the coaches say. If the Vikes can put it in the endzone within the first two series we might have a choice. Come away with FG's or punts, they are toast.

I am predicting that Ponder will go down, and Webb comes in and has a great game. Creating a QB controversy. With the line being as bad as it is, a mobile QB maybe what this team needs.

The best illustration of how much ponder sucks is the team's end-of-half play selection. When you have 9 seconds left and NO timeouts at midfield (i.e. you need 20 yards and out of bounds quick to get a field goal), why would you throw it 2-3 yards? And no, he didn't look downfield first.

AP is an absolute monster. I feel bad for the guy, with the QBs he's been stuck with -- between TJoke and Ponder it's amazing he can even stay in the league leaders in rushing. Opposing defenses certainly don't have to respect the pass.

I agree.....I was screaming on my couch when he threw back to the line of scrimage. Ponder looks absolutely terrible so far in this game including tossing up the floaters once again the couple of times he has gone deep.
