McNabb to the Vikes ?

+1! Here is the simple fact of that play...It went for a touchdown. Call it a bad pass, under thrown, bad pass mechanics, whatever. He completed the pass for a 49 yard touchdown. It's like saying, sure you caught that 20 pound walleye, but your cast was a little short and your mechanics were kinda iffy. crazy

Cry me a river, it was a good decision and ended up a nice play. Boo hoo, even it it was picked it would of been like a punt. I don't know about you lilly's but I like when QB's drop bombs.

We shall see who is crying a river about mid season. Wasn't it you who thought they were playoff bound last year? Dat koolaid must be some good stuff der.

Haha don't even try and pretend that objectivity has ever taken place in any post of yours. You drink more purple haterade than anyone on here.

It's not the words in which you spew out your dribble...it's the context in which they are implied.

Here is a more accurate analogy. You shoot at a nice buck at 100 yards. You hit him right square in the a$$. The deer jumps and hits his head on a tree and falls down a steep ravine and dies. You recover the deer. Was it a good shot? Was it a shot the hunter should take if that's all the better he can shoot?

Ha, ha, I love the analogy! But in the end, if your starved, you still have meat in the freezer, and that is what the goal is set to be! So, it was a successful hunt, maybe not one to be proud of, but successful nonetheless!

The only break out McJunk will have is his fibula breaking out of his leg when the Claymaker gets ahold of that decrepit old dust barrel.

I found some fool to bet me. He is betting that Mcnabb will start the last game of the regular season. It is money in the bank. He made the same bet about Favre last year. smilegrincool

McNabb's key stats from his first game as a Viking:

Seven completions in fifteen pass attempts for thirty-nine yards passing.

One INT

No TDs

Not all McNabb's fault, as the offensive line made me wonder if cutting McKinnie was a mistake (it wasn't), and the offensive play-calling stunk. Still not the stuff of which franchise QBs are made. Good thing for all concerned McNabb is only here for one year.

don't forget Henne, Brees, and Cam Newton going for over 400, Stafford, Cutler, Romo,Sanchez, Ryan, Kolb, Grossman, and Rodgers all going for over 300

Sure seems to stick a fork in Lmit's point on the Peterson thread. Anybody can throw for 300. Unless.....wait for it........

They're wearing Purple.
