DHanson
Marijuana really isn't that big of a deal. There are a lot worse drugs out there. Wasn't really comparing testing positive to drugs to attending church. Was just using the church thing to show how you are as perfect of a human being as human beings can possibly be. If only everyone was as perfect as you or let alone anyone.

zamboni
One of top 5 QB's in the league last year and seems to be doing OK this year, especially in October if he was the NFC player of the month. Not bad for a glory boy that holds onto the ball too long. Reach in, grab your ears and pull.
zepman
Many of your favorite players in both the NFL and NBA smoke the "hootch". Harvin is no different and it's why it's not really that big of a deal unless you are looking to find a fault.
Slowhand
Hey LMIT hows that Harvin guy. Lets here again about how high his bust factor still is..... To loosely quote the resident wanna-be gm on this site(LMTOUT), "Thanks I just spit Mountain Dew all over my keyboard." Sidenote: I would have went back and found the specific quote ala LMTOUT, but there's too much to sift through of his......he talks too much . Yeah, and I'm sure that there is not one single player on the Packers team who has ever smoked or even thought about smoking weed.(In case anyone doesn't figure it out, this is sarcasm aimed at LMITOUT)
MuleShack
Rodgers New Nickname? How about the NFC Offensive Player of the Month for October. Chew on that for a while! Not bad considering it was a loss to the Vikes, then a Bye and then against the LIONS and the BROWNS... but we'll give it to ya with an asterick*
LMITOUT
Ohhhhhhh the irony. When Favre wore green and gold all you ever heard from the whiney Viking fans was how he was addicted to pain killers and supposedly a raging drug addict. Now that the Vikings have one of their own in Harvin, then "it's OK" and "everybody does it".You guys are something else..... we are 'the leading edge' HSO Creators Rick Posted November 2, 2009 we are 'the leading edge' HSO Creators Share Posted November 2, 2009 Favre was a drug addict but it happens. We're also the first to admit, the IMPORTANT part is a guy who overcomes those types of things show character. Just like he's doing playing for the Vikes now overcoming the Pack overdose McCarthy and Thompson gave him and now he is overocoming it. Thanks Pack brass for sending Brett our way Now Harvin is showing his character having got his bad deals out of the way and showing his good side. Must suck being a Pack fan LMIT and watching all this character come out and bite ya.
Coach Dog
Let's face it, if Harvin hadn't smoked the green before the combine, he would not have slipped in the draft down to the Vikings pick, so be thankful he did what he did.

I have always liked Favre. He is the epitome of gritty, competitor, and tough. I hate the Packers, always have and always will. They were horrible until I turned 17, and those were 17 great years. Now that Favre is gone, they might go on another awesome losing season streak- and it will be good.
